Protecting Coastal Habitat for Marine Life

SOS Save Our Seaweed

We are an independent animated short that aims to protect coastal habitat for shorebirds, seals, fish, and marine life from the destructive seaweed harvesting process by educating the public about this issue. Our mission is to create awareness and promote conservation efforts to preserve coastal habitat for wildlife and commercial fisheries at risk.

About

ABOUT US

Our Vision

Through the presentation of this film in both public and private events like film festivals, we hope to educate the public of New England about their ability to help make changes to the city, state, and federal laws that will protect this habitat from destructive commercial harvesting that causes long term harm to sea life on the coast of Maine.
